Chicken Vindaloo

#2021challenge.2021 has already gone and 2022 has come..wish all of my friends of cookpad a very happy new year...

Ingredient

Cooking time :

30 min
350 gm

chicken

1 tsp

coriander

1 tsp

cumin

1 tsp

cloves

1/2 inch

cinnamon

2 table spoon

garlic

1 cup

vinegar

2 table spoon

ginger

1 cup

water

1/3 cup

oil

2 tsp

cream

1/3 cup

carrot

1/3 cup

onion

1/3 cup

tomato

1/2 tsp

black pepper

as per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first,soak all the whole ingredient in vinegar for 4hrs atlist.

* Step 2

Then paste all ingredients in mixer.

* Step 3

Marinated the chicken pieces very well with some oil and salt.

* Step 4

Keep it in fridge for overnight...

* Step 5

Cut all the vegetables.

* Step 6

Pour oil in pan with mustard seeds,cumin seeds and splutter it..

* Step 7

Then,add vegetables in pan and saute it.

* Step 8

Next,add marinated chicken in pan and saute it for7 min.

* Step 9

Add water and rest of masala paste with chicken in same pan...

* Step 10

Boiled it and ready the chicken vindaloo with some curry...

* Step 11

Add some homemade cream and coriander leaves on the top of the chicken vindaloo.

* Step 12

Served it with rumali roti...
