Ingredient

4 cup

coconut

1/4 cup

gulkand

2 Tsp

cashew

2 tsp

raisin

1/4 cup

cherry

2 cup

sugar

2 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first,take the grated coconut in pan and mix with sugar in pan.

* Step 2

Saute it in pan and mix them together.

* Step 3

Add betel leaves paste in it with green food colour.mix all of them until the mixture leaves this pan.

* Step 4

Ready the gulkand mixture with all ingredents.

* Step 5

Grease ghee in hand and take the coconut mixture in palm and make balls with stuffing gulkand.

* Step 6

Give them in modak shape and dressing with silver balls and keep them in fridge and serve them in diwali.
