Dry fruits pan ladoo

#GA4, #week14.ladoo.Today I have prepared ladoo flavoured by pan and pan masala.

Ingredient

21/2 cup

grated coconut

3 tsp

red cerry

11/2 cup

condenced milk

4 tsp

milk

2 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first,put the grated coconut in pan and dry roast for some minute.

Then add condenced milk in it and mix in low flame.

Ready the betel leaf paste in mixer with milk and pour it in same pan and mix it.

Next, add food colour in it and saute for 15 min in low flame when mixture leave this pan then off the gas.

Then use the ghee in palm and take the coconut mixture in hand.

* Step 6

Add pan masala,candy and raisin as stuffing in coconut mixture and make round shape coconut pan ladoo.

Serve it to guest as dessert with red cerry.
