Drain the water from grate potato by using cloth.
* Step 5
Keep them in plate on napkin and dry.

Put butter and oil in tawa and spread.
* Step 7
Next,keep grate potato on oil in tawa in round shape.

Next,add pepper,salt,green chilli and dry mango on grate potato
* Step 9
Tempt the tawa and fry the grate potato during 15 min in low flame.
* Step 10
Next flip it with spatula in tawa
* Step 11
It is look like golden brown
* Step 12
Then,put oil from edges and fry the other side.
* Step 13
After look like golden brown from both side.
* Step 14
Keep it in plate with salad and sauce.
