Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first cut the veggies and wash the split and rice
* Step 2
Put the oil and add ghee also,add garam masala and hing.mustard seeds also.
* Step 3
Add the veggies and fried with salt
* Step 4
Added the split with veg and saute it.
* Step 5
Add all spices in veg and saute it.
* Step 6
Add the rice in kadai and mix up.and add proper water in kadai.
* Step 7
Boiled it and made the masala khichdi
