Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first soak the chillies for 1hour.
* Step 2
Then grind the all Ingrediants with the help of a mixture grinder.
* Step 3
Now take a pan heat it then poured into this 1table spoon oil then add red chilli and black cumin seeds then poured the paste and soute it for 5minute.
* Step 4
Then add water as needed then add salt and soya souce. Cook it for 5minute.
