Egg curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first grind all like...this coconut, half of onion, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, garlic, Coriander seeds, fennel seeds, green chilli and Coriander leaves spring along with water into a smooth paste.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a deep nonstick pan. Add remaining chopped onions and saute on high heat for 1 minute. Add salt and saute till onion turns golden brown.

* Step 3

Then add the whole coconut paste mix it and cook on high heat for 4 minutes or till the oil separates. Now add turmeric powder,salt to taste, chilli powder, and add water then cover with a lid for cook it. Next add those boiled halved eggs, cover and cook it for 2 minutes.

* Step 4

Now it's ready for eat serve hot garnished with Coriander sprigs.
