Chole

1 table spoon

Onion paste

1 teas spoon

Garlic paste

1 table spoon

Tomato paste

1 table spoon

Oil

1 teaspoon

Cumin

1/2 teaspoon

hing / asafoetida

2 teaspoon

Chole madhala

to taste

Salt

1 teaspoon

Coriander powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first the chole soak in water for 8 hours or full night,then boil.

* Step 2

Take a pan take one tablespoon white oil after heat it put cumin and hing for tadka next add the onion paste fry it very well till turn into brown colour then add garlic paste,tomato paste,and cook them now add turmeric powder,coriander powder,chole masala, kashmiri chilli powder, salt then cook it very well till turn into red colour next add the boil chhole,

* Step 3

Again cook it,now add one glass water and cook it for 10minutes,now ready punjabi chhole,spicy
