My swap out for chili cheese fries, this version uses ground bison which is a low fat source of protein 23g per serving. Placed over O'Brien hash browns you will fill that craving. Topped with cheese my dinner came in at 325 calories with 31g of muscle building protein.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Brown bison meat on a skillet over med/high heat
* Step 4
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
* Step 6
Remove meat and sauté 2 package servings of potatoes
* Step 7
To serve place 1/4 of meat mixture on top of potatoes. Top with cheese, I used 1/2 serving
* Step 8
Enjoy in a high place safe from crazy food begging dog
