Curry Chicken With Coconut Milk

This recipe is inspired on another recipe of mine where I use heavy whip cream instead of coconut milk. I thought I should give it a try with coconut milk and it actually tastes better than the original recipe!! And I think it's a little healthier as well.

Ingredient

Butter

Onion

2 clove

Garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the garlic and the onion, and sauté with butter

* Step 2

Add the chicken tights and brown well

Add the coconut milk and the curry and mix well

* Step 4

Add the potato flakes is you need to make the sauce thicker

* Step 5

Let it cook in low for about 15 minutes

* Step 6

Serve it with rice, and you may add shoestring potato if you wish.
