Easy Meringue

Easy recipe that I usually make together with my Italian Crostata so I don't throw away the egg whites :)

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat over to 350?F (180C)

* Step 2

Beat the the egg whites. Then add slowly the sugar and keep whisking until becomes a cream, almost like marshmallow

* Step 3

Using a teaspoon create small balls on a baking dish.

* Step 4

Bake for about 20 min or until the meringues start to become golden.
