Tortilla Pizza

I make this in less than 10 minutes! It's my go-to meal when I don't have much time.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mount the pizzas by spreading the tomato sauce over the tortilla.

Add the grated cheese on top

Add the toppings you want. For a margherita pizza, add cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.

Heat a skillet with 1 tsp of olive oil

* Step 5

Once the skillet is hot, put the pizza. cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla borders are golden.

You may choose to bake it in the oven instead: preheat oven at 350?F and cook it for 15 to 20 min, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
