Cucumber and onion sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixer jar add coriander, green chilli, lemon juice, peanuts,capsicum and 1/2 cucumber and grind it until smooth
* Step 2
Now chop cucumber and onion in the round shape
* Step 3
Take 2 piece of bread apply the made chutney on both the sides.... Now on the one bread place the chopped cucumber and onion cover it with the other slice
* Step 4
The cucumber and onion sandwich is ready for the tiffin.
