California Farm Egg and Salmon Tapas
This snack is served with toothpicks, so you can mix the ingredients yourself:
Half a hardboiled egg with chimichurra sauce on top, fried salmon, artichoke hearts and olives.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put eggs up with cold water, bring to boil, total time 10 minutes, cool in cold water, slice lengthwise, then peel (peels come off easier). Put dab of parsley sauce on top with toothpick.
* Step 2
Rub salmon with olive oil, sautee 5 minutes each side, quarter, arrange on plate. Cut pickled artichoke heart in four, arrange on plate. Put four sevillano cured olives on plate. Dab of eggplant mayonaise in center, serve.
