Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Separate the egg whites and use a mixer to whisk them until they become fluffy and form soft peaks.

* Step 2

Gradually add the sugar, then fold in the egg yolks gently.

* Step 3

Sift the flour and mix it in gradually.

* Step 4

Roughly chop the mango and blend in a blender to form a puree, then add it to your bowl.

* Step 5

Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well, then pour into an oiled cake pan.

Preheat oven to 180°C and bake the cake for 40-50 minutes or until fully cooked.

* Step 7

Allow to cool outside oven for atleast 15 minutes. garnish with whipped cream and roasted hazelnuts.
