Sweet and Sour Tomatoes❤️
Tomatoes in their own juice-an indispensable product on our Russian table. In winter this is a good alternative to fresh tomatoes which as a rule are inferior to summer ones both in taste and in affordability.
I prepare these tomatoes very simply: I pour the tomatoes over with boiling water, peel them and put them in the marinade. And then I serve with avocado and sesame seeds.What could be easier and tastier?

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Pour tomatoes over boiling water for 10–20 seconds.
* Step 2
Put in very cold water or ice water for 20-30 seconds. And only then remove the peel.
* Step 3
Peeled and chopped tomatoes cut into large segments, place in the marinade for 2 hours. Serve with sesame seeds, cilantro and avocado.
