Chicken pakoda

#myrecipe This is my hometown recipe. We used to prepare this recipe when we get together in holidays.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

500 gr

chicken

2 tablespoons

Kashmir chilli powder

to taste

salt

2 tbsp

rice flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinade the chicken with all the above ingredients in a bowl and rest for one to two hour in the fridge.

* Step 2

Later in a pan take oil to deep fry the chicken pakoda in a pan and fry them evenly on medium to high flame until golden brown colour.

* Step 3

Serve hot with lemon squeezed onion
