Crispy onion pakoda

#YIFR This recipe is very famous during rainy season.. there is a place in Pune,Maharashtra . Sinhgad fort where these types of crispy onion pakoda with a special type of onion chutney is popular . Lets check how to make them at home.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1 tsp

salt

3-4 cloves

garlic

1 tbsp

corn flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add sliced onion in a bowl and add salt, mix it well and keep it aside for min.15 min

* Step 2

Grind garlic, cumin seed, carom seed and add that paste to the sliced onion.

* Step 3

Add coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder and mix it well

* Step 4

Add graham flour and mix it well, add little by little water and mix it well, then add corn starch and baking soda and mix it well.

* Step 5

When the oil is hot add this in oil and fry all the pakoda very nicely.

* Step 6

For making chutney Add chopped onion in a bowl, add red chili powder and turmeric mix it well then add the boiling hot oil from frying pan mix it well.

* Step 7

Serve hot Onion pakoda with Spicy chutney and hot Masala Tea.
