Fried Awara with egg

Ingredient

palm oil

3 cups

oil

1/8 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove stones and all dirty particles in the soya beans

* Step 2

Wash and grind beans into fine paste,mix paste with palm oil and strain with a cloth strainer

* Step 3

Bring to boil and add ruwan tsami until it cuddles into chunk

* Step 4

Strain with cloth strainer to remove excess water and leave it at least for 30 minutes,cut awara into desired shape

* Step 5

Breaks eggs add salt and seasoning and dip in awara and fried in hot oil
