flour
1/2 cup
sugar
1 cup
vegetable oil
3
eggs
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 cup
grated coconut
Pinch
salt
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl break 3 eggs,add 1 cup oil and ½ cup sugar
* Step 2
Mix it for atleast 6-7 minutes
* Step 3
Add 1 cup milk
* Step 4
In another bowl mix flour,grated coconut,baking powder and salt
* Step 5
Add in the dry ingredients bit by bit in the wet ingredients and mix
* Step 6
Grease in baking tin with fat and pour batter in the tin and garnish the top with coconut
* Step 7
Bake the cake in a moderately hot oven
