Awara with veggies and sauce
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pick all the stones and dirty particles in your soya beans,wash and grind into a fine and smooth paste
* Step 2
Add in palm oil in the paste and sieve it with a cloth strainer until all the milk is out
* Step 4
When its start boiling add ruwan tsami to it.
* Step 5
Allow it to boil again until soya milk cuddles into thick fine chunks
* Step 6
Transfer into rack and tie lightly to let it drain for an hour and untie the rack
* Step 8
Heat vegetable oil and fry awara until golden brown
* Step 9
In another pan add grated tomatoes,pepper,onion,seasoning and stir fry.Serve with veggies and sauce. Enjoy!
