Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring water to boil for pasta and cook pasta according to package directions.
* Step 2
In a saute pan use a small amount of oil to brown onions add garlic, sliced portabella, chopped sundried tomato, splash of port. Once the port reduces add the spinach.
* Step 3
When spinach has wilted add the alfredo sauce. Drain pasta and add to the pan. Toss pasta to coat with sauce andd enjoy!
