Zucchini Noodles in a Buffalo Zoodle Sauce

My first dish using a food spiralizer, when using the zucchinis make sure to stop once it gets to the inner 'seedy' part as it does not hold together as well as the outer layers.

Ingredient

1/4 cup

butter

4 tablespoon

favorite hot sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, spirilize your zucchini making sure to stop once you hit the center as it will not make good noodles. Add oil to a stove top skillet and heat on medium. Add minced garlic, mix around, then add your zucchini noodles.

* Step 2

Make the sauce by melting butter in a stove top pot and mixing in hot sauce. Chop up onions and add it to the noodles, chop up your tomatoes and add to the sauce.

* Step 3

After noodles are cooked, mix in your sauce and enjoy!
