Cooking instructions
* Step 1

Wash Amla/Gooseberry. Steam it in a steamer for 10 mins.
* Step 3
Roast & grind 1/2 tsp Ajwain & 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds together. Once the amla is steamed, let it cool & remove seeds
* Step 4
Add Amla to blender & grind it to fine paste.
* Step 5
Add Amla paste to a pan & cook it for 2 mins. Then add Jaggery. Cook until it dissolves.
* Step 6
Add the remaining ingredients except powdered sugar.
* Step 7
Mix well without lumps. Reduce flame to medium. Cook till it forms to single mass. You should be able to roll it in hands. It will be slightly sticky.
* Step 8
Let the mixture cool down. Roll it into serving size balls & coat it with powdered sugar.
* Step 9
Delicious & Flavourful Amla golis are done.
