Mango lassi tarts

45 gms

butter

100 gms

flour

1/4 cup

curd

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend mangoes, sugar and curd to get a thick pulp. Chill in the refrigerator.

* Step 2

Cream butter and sugar in a bowl till well combined. Beat in one egg yolk at a time till fully incorporated. Mix in the flour till the mixture comes together as a ball. Knead till smooth. Cover in cling and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

* Step 3

Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place in tart moulds and prick with a fork so that they don't puff up while baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. De-mould and cool the tart shells. Dust icing sugar over the tart shells. Pour in spoon fulls of mango lassi. Garnish with onion seeds.
