Heart healthy, get well soon chicken noodle soup

The ingredients are, but how much of each depends on u. Sometimes I use more of 1 and less of another....so that part is all up to you. Taste as u go. (Chicken was leftover from Sunday dinner)

Ingredient

1/2 teaspoon

ginger

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place chicken whole (carcass) in large pot and boil using only broth. Boil until meat starts to full away from bones.

* Step 2

Remove chicken and all bones from broth and place heat at very low simmer. Pull meat form bones. Put meat back in broth and discard bones.

* Step 3

Add sliced vegetables, and seasonings to simmering broth.

* Step 4

Allow all those ingredients to marry together for maybe 20mins. Now add gravy. (Be sure to stir gravy in very well)

* Step 5

Again, let it marry for 20mins and then add noodles.

Keep an eye on from here on, bcuz u don’t wanna let the noodles get too soft. (Noodles will absorb lots of broth)You’ll know when it’s time lol.... turn off heat and let stand w/o lid for 10mins.....then stir & enjoy
