Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak tamarind in hot water for 20 mins. Extract juice out of it.
* Step 2
Heat a pan with oil and temper with mustard seeds.
* Step 3
Add onion and sauté well. Add Bottle gourd and cook it covered until it leaves water. Add tomato and cook it covered until it’s cooked. Add kulambu milagai thool and salt. Sauté until raw smell goes. Add tamarind water and cook for 5 to 10 mins.
