Spicy Potatoes Balls In Kadhi - Indian Dish.

Spice Mix

1 Teaspoon

Cilantro Chopped

2 Cups

water cold

2 Teaspoons

Spice Mix Masala

1 Teaspoon

salt

1 Teaspoon

cumin seeds

2 Tablespoons

Olive Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cool the Potatoes. Grate potatoes on biggest side of of Grater. Grate in one direction. Mix all ingredients in Potatoes group with the grated potatoes. Make small balls and deep fry in veg oil to golden brown.

* Step 2

Mix all ingredients in Kadhi group and bring to a boil in a heavy bottom pot. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until Kadhi is little thicker.

* Step 3

Heat Oil in a Pan and add ingedients from Tadka from Kadhi group. When chillie and mustard seeds turn dark pour into Kadhi. Serve Potatoes Fritters with Kadhi.
