Dhaba Roast Chicken

Whole Chicken marinated in spices and yogurt. Made in Karahi and roasted in Oven. Stuffing is optional.

Yogurt Plain

1 Tablespoon

Salt

1 Tablespoon

chilli powder

1 Tablespoon

CUMIN POWDER

1 Tablespoon

Corriander Powder

1/2 Tablespoon

Tumeric Powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make cuts in chicken 1/2" deep. Mix all spices and make 2 equal parts. Take 1 part of dry spices and mix with garlic and green peppers. Rub these spices into chicken and all over. Put the chicken aside.

* Step 2

Mix the remaining dry spices with yogurt and rub all over the chichen. Heat the KARAHI (Wok) and cook chicken turning a few times. Add 1/2 cup water if needed. When the chicken is cooked take it out of Karahi. Tie the legs with a strings and place chicken on a cokking rack. Cooking rack.

* Step 3

Take the liquid of spices from Wok. Add 2 Tablespoon olive oil and mix the liquid. Glaze the chicken and cook in oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
