Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In pressure cooker put meat and all dry ingredients and cook till meat will be tender 20 to 35 minutes
* Step 2
In another pot put oil and onion when onion will be brown add only meat not yakhni and add some green chili and add yogurt then cook for 10 minutes on medium flame
* Step 3
Now add yakhni in meat when boil comes add rice cook till 20 minutes on low medium flame and 10 on dum
* Step 4
Yakhni pulao is ready serve with green chutni or raita enjoy 😊
