Ingredient

Food ration :

350-375 gm

Cooking time :

25/30 minutes
1/4 cup

carom seeds

1 tbsp

poppy seeds

2 tbsp

lemon juice

5 tbsps

water

to taste

salt

1/4 cup

fennel seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First in a cup add water,lemon juice,salt,turmeric.mix well.Take flax & all other seeds in a separate bowl.add lemon,turmeric water in each seeds bowl,mix well,put aside for 1 hour for absorb flavor & water.

* Step 2

Add dry ginger powder & cinnamon,cardamom,cloves powder in all bowl,mix well.Now dry roast all seeds separately on low flame till crisp & crunchy.

* Step 3

Remove in a plate,mix well.add roasted poppyseeds,dry chopped betel leaves.

* Step 4

Now our healthy mouth freshener is ready,store in a airtight container & for better digestion take 1 tbsp after meal.
