Apple & Sprouted fenugreek pickle

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel & chop apple into small pieces. Also chop green chili and garlic. Now Heat the oil in pan,add tej patta (bay leaf),dry red chili,curry leaves,fennel seeds and dry onion seeds.
* Step 2
Now add chopped garlic & green chili and fry it on medium to low flame. Then add chopped apple, saute & cook for 1 minute.
* Step 3
Now add turmeric, asafoetida and mix well. cook everything for 2 minutes. Then add fenugreek pickle masala, mustard seeds powder, sprouted fenugreek, salt(as required), lemon juice and 2 tbsp water. mix everything well and cook it on low flame for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Now our pickle is ready to serve.Very very tasty & yummy fruit pickle is ready.😋
