Chicken curry

Curry, white rice and green chillies make the best combo. I made this for my family during lockdown.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 people

Cooking time :

1 hour 30 mins
1 kg

chicken

1/2 tbsp

ginger

1/2 tbsp

garam masala

1/2 tbsp

turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a cooker and add some mustard oil in it.

* Step 2

Add Cumin, red chilli leaves bay leaf, garlic paste. Let it turn brown.

* Step 3

Meanwhile, chop 2 onions and make a paste of rest 3 onions.

* Step 4

Now add all the onion in the pressure cooker and let it cook.

* Step 5

Now add chicken masala, turmeric and a little garam masala.

* Step 6

Now let everything cook for a while.

* Step 7

Now add chicken drumsticks to the pressure cooker (make sure the chicken is washed properly)

* Step 8

Now mix everything

* Step 9

Now add water as needed.

* Step 10

Close the pressure cooker and let it give 4 whistle.

* Step 11

Once done, turn off the lame and wait till the pressure of the cooker releases.

* Step 12

Add coriander for garnish and serve.
