Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For dough mix all the ingredients and knead the dough soft. Cover and rest for 2 hours
* Step 2
For chicken filling,:heat the oil add chicken fry until the chicken color change. Add all the spices mix well in high flame cover and cook in low flame for 5-7minutes.
* Step 3
For pizza sauce :heat the oil add onion saute them until translucent add garlic and tomatoes mix well cover and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add salt, ketchup, black pepper, brown sugar, soya sauce, red chilli, Worcestershire sauce mix it well cook until the sauce became thick.
* Step 4
For assembling : take dough make a ball press the dough ball and flattened it, make a round shape dough, pick with fork.
* Step 5
Heat the oil fry dough with one side in low flame for 4 minutes. Until the color changes
* Step 6
Fry with other side of dough and Spread pizza sauce,chicken filling, olives, capsicum, onion, mozzarella cheese cover and cook for 5 minutes until the cheese melt. Serve with ketchup.
