Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add dal, water, salt, green chilies and turmeric. Boil them and cook until the dal is cooked.

* Step 2

For bhaghar in oil add zeera, red chilli and garlic cloves. When garlic cloves turn brown add this Bhagar into the dal.now add black pepper.

* Step 3

For garnish add Green coriander and green chillies.
