Strawberry clafoutis

A quick, easy and tasty dessert to make

Ingredient

1/4 cup

coarse sugar

1 1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

1/4 tsp

salt

1 tbls

brow sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre-heat oven at 180degrees

* Step 2

Toss the 1 tbls of sugar over strawberries and mix well. Set aside while you make the batter

* Step 3

Add flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt in a blender and whizz to mix all ingredients

* Step 4

Arrange strawberries in the bottom of an oven safe dish and pour batter over it

* Step 5

Bake the clafoutis for 45-50 mins or until the middle of the clafoutis stops ‘jiggling’. Remove from oven and allow to cool

* Step 6

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
