Squid patty

Ingredient

Squid

100 gr

Pork Mince

1 cup

flour

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roughly mince the squid using a knife or blender with meat mincing blade.

* Step 2

Put pork into a blender with meat mincing blade and mince until smooth.

* Step 3

Mix pork, squid, flour salt and dashi stock well together using a flat spoon or a food processor.

Add dill and mix again.

Pan-fried method: Heat oil on a frying pan at medium heat. When oil is hot, using a spoon, scoop the patty out on to the pan and flatten it. Cook until both side are golden and take them out to serve.

Boiling method: Boil a pot of water on high temperature. When water is boiled, using a spoon, scoop out the patty and throw it in the boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes and take them out to serve.

Optional: Add some salt and dashi stock to the water with the boiled patty. Throw broccoli and cauliflower in for some vege goodness.

* Step 8

Serve with rice.
