Apple cake (with buckwheat flour)

First time making a gluten-free cake

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oil and add the sugar until melted. Set it aside and let it cool NOTE: I tried without melting it and the cake was alright

* Step 2

Dice the apples until they are about 1 cm thick.

* Step 3

Mix the dry ingredients

* Step 4

Fold in the cooled sugar-oil mixture and milk/eggs

* Step 5

Pour mixture into cake tin. Bake at 160°C for 1 hr or until cake is cooked through
