Quick n' Easy Airfried Apple Crumble

I was craving apple crumble last night... So I ran through my all run-out pantry and made one.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people

Cooking time :

45 minutes
1/4 cup

flour

1/4 cup

sugar

1/2 tsp

cinnamon

1/4 tsp

nutmeg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the crumble incredients (except the butter) in the blender and blend for 5-7 seconds to make them crumbly but incorporated (Optional: pulsing them)

* Step 2

Place the blended ingredients in abowl and incorporate the cubed butter. Mix them with a fork or your hands. Set the mixture aside.

* Step 3

Cut the red apple into thin slices or small cubes depending on your preference.

* Step 4

In two 4 or 5 oz ramekin, you can put a bit of the crumble at the bottom to form a crust then fill it with half of the sliced apples and top it off with the rest of the crumble.

* Step 5

Preheat the airfryer at 350°f (177°c) then put the ramekins in and bake for 20-25 minutes.

* Step 6

Serve and top if with your favorite ice cream! (whipped cream works too)
