California Farm Baked Raisin Apple with Pork Ribs
Simple ingredients that turn sweet when baked and go well together, easy and quick to prepare, an hour and a half in the oven, and you can serve a delicious, tender meal that does not cost a fortune.

* Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 F degrees. Slice onion rings 1/2” thick. Double core apples. Mix cinnamon with raisins, stuff into apple. Rub pork ribs with mix of soy sauce and honey. Make slits in potato skin for baking.
Brush baking dish with cooking oil, lay ribs meat side up, arrange potato, apples, and onion slices, slide into oven, bake 1 1/2 hour. Serve, enjoy.
