Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take suji & besan mix with curd in a bowl with salt &sugar
* Step 2
Take for rest to 2to 3 hours...better is not to thick or not too thin it's meddium
* Step 3
Now fill batter in stand or stem 15 to 20 min check with knife also
* Step 4
2cup water &2cup sugar and some salt and make sweet&salty water for mix in dhokla
* Step 5
2spon oil mix mustard seeds and chilli pour on dhokla
