Canola Flower with Japanese Wasabi Mayonnaise sauce

I love Canola Flower. It's beautiful to watch, and yummy to eat. The peppery taste and tender texture will be binded really well with mild mayonnaise. Little bit of Wasabi is a nice kick :)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix Mayonnaise, Soy sauce, Wasabi and Sesame into a bowl until its well corporated.

* Step 2

Cut the hard end of Canola Flowers (about 1〜2 cm), and cook in hot boiling water for 30 seconds or until its tender you derire.

* Step 3

Move cooked Canola Flowers to ice cold water to let it cooled completely, and squeeze to take off the water, then cut into 5 cm long.

* Step 4

Put 3 into 1, and mix well.

* Step 5

Plate 4, and sprinkle some Sesame (not included to the ingredients), and now you are ready to eat!
