Rise cake (salted)
This is a typical Italian dish TORTA DI RISO (SALATA) it's usually a sweet dish however I prefer the salted version this dish can also be served and eaten cold. Enjoy xx

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take baking tray (I use a 10inch by 10inch) line using butter, then sprinkle breadcrumbs enough to cover bottom set aside for later.
* Step 2
Into a tall pan put in the milk, water, oil, butter and Nutmeg bring to a boil add the rise (and Saffron if using) Stir while cooking takes about 15-20 minutes- Rise should be slightly sticky. Also preheat the oven 190 degrees.
* Step 3
Take off the heat add the eggs 1 at a time and stir in between then add the Parmigiano, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
* Step 4
Take baking tray from step 1 place the rise mixture spread evenly then sprinkle more breadcrumbs and Parmigiano on top place into preheated oven (190) for 25-30 minutes.
