Apple (Pizza) Pie

I wanted something to serve with coffee this morning but didn't want to work too hard. This is what I came up with.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-8 people

Cooking time :

14-18 minutes
2 teaspoons

butter or oil

2 Tablespoons

coarse sugar

1 teaspoon

coarse salt

1 teaspoon

cardamom

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 425F

* Step 2

Line pizza pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper and place crust on it.

* Step 3

Place ingredients on crust in the order they appear above

* Step 4

Bake 14-18 minutes until nicely browned. Note: The paper will be browner than the crust
