Balsalmic Veggies

Very good and healthy. A great side to any meal.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop up veggies to desired size and shape.

* Step 2

Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and parsley.

* Step 3

Coat veggies with mixture and marinate them for 6 to 8 hrs. Serve with extra dressing if desired.
