Bamboo Rice
In the season of cold weather after rice harvest season ,in the mountainous area of Northern Thailand ,there are a unique cooking style ..the sticky rice baked in bamboo ..this can be plain rice or make it as a dessert by add coconut milk,sugar..i remember when i was young after dark people sit surround wood fire and make this rice ,talking ,play music ..but now ..no more ..my sister make it in day light hahaha..also i make it in the evening on my day off ..thing changed but still same delicious ..voila ..its just life .. :)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one bamboo ,fill raw sticky rice until almost full,repeat another 2 bamboo
* Step 2
Add salt ,fill bamboo with water ,while adding there will be bubbles thats mean water is running down to the bottom ,keep add water until full,cover with banana leaves
* Step 3
Direct baked on wood fire until bamboo turn black ,keep roll bamboo to make it cook evenly
* Step 4
After its cooked,hit bamboo with wood or heavy knife to let the thin bamboo tissue stick to the rice
* Step 5
Peel out black bamboo..and voilaaa a very white and smell so good rice ..taste it warm ..
