Tuna Salad

Something lite ,finger food ,not boring salad ,good appetizer for party :)

Ingredient

4 medium

size cucumber

1 bunch

coriander

2/3 tbsp

fish sauce

2 clove

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean cucumber ,cut to 1 or1 and a half inch thick to your bite size ,peel or unpeel as desire,mine unpeel,use tip of spoon to hollow seeds ,arrange on serving plate and put in refrigerator for crispy texture

Slice garlic,chili,ginger,lemongrass,coriander both stems and leaves

Finely chop

Open tuna ,rinse all water ,put in mixing bowls,add chopped ingredients

* Step 5

Mix well

* Step 6

Bring cucumber platter out from refrigerator,use small spoon to fill tuna salad to the cup

Decorate with tiny leaves of coriander and small slices of red pepper..serve chill :)
