bawang putih

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rebus ayam hingga matang dan suir2 ayam. Sisihkan.

Haluskan bahan bumbu halus, lalu tumis hingga harum.

Masukkan suiran ayam dan aduk rata. Kecilkan api, sisihkan.

Di mangkuk lain, campur semua bahan aci, aduk rata jangan ada yang menggumpal.

Tuang campuran bahan aci kedalam tumisan ayam. Masak dan terus diaduk hingga lengket. Masak sampai tidak menempel.

Siapkan kulit lumpia, isi 1 sdm adonan aci, lalu lipat seperti risol. Sisihkan. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.

Panaskan minyak. Goreng risol hingga coklat keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
