Banana Choco-Cheese Pastry Twisted

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan, boiling water and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Then add the bananas and salt, cooked until thickened.
* Step 2
Add butter and flip the banana on both sides. Don’t flipping it very often because will make a bananas mushy. Just 1-3 times to make all the bananas surfaces caramelised.
Turn off the heat, let it cool.
* Step 3
Once cool, split the banana and fill with cheese cubes cuts and dark cooking chocolate chunks. Do it to all bananas.
* Step 4
Flatten the danish pastry with a little sprinkle of flour using a rolling pin. Divide it into eight parts then wrap it in a banana.
* Step 5
Brush with egg yolk. Roast using an oven fan for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees or until golden brown.
* Step 6
