Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan, boiling water and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Then add the bananas and salt, cooked until thickened.

Add butter and flip the banana on both sides. Don’t flipping it very often because will make a bananas mushy. Just 1-3 times to make all the bananas surfaces caramelised. Turn off the heat, let it cool.

Once cool, split the banana and fill with cheese cubes cuts and dark cooking chocolate chunks. Do it to all bananas.

* Step 4

Flatten the danish pastry with a little sprinkle of flour using a rolling pin. Divide it into eight parts then wrap it in a banana.

Brush with egg yolk. Roast using an oven fan for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees or until golden brown.
