Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pot add tomatoes (Washed, Sliced), Onions, Garlic, Star anise, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Red chili powder.
* Step 2
Cover the lid and cook on medium flame till tomatoes get soft.
When tomatoes become soft then take out whole spices from the tomatoes.
* Step 3
Grind it with the hand grinder and make smooth paste. Now strain the paste with the strainer.
* Step 4
Then Pour tomatoes paste in pot again, add sugar, salt, vinegar and mix well.
* Step 5
Let it cook until it become thick paste. When mixture start bubbling then paste become thick and sticky.
* Step 6
Let it cool and your tomato ketchup is ready. Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 months.
