Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pot add tomatoes (Washed, Sliced), Onions, Garlic, Star anise, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Red chili powder.

Cover the lid and cook on medium flame till tomatoes get soft. When tomatoes become soft then take out whole spices from the tomatoes.

Grind it with the hand grinder and make smooth paste. Now strain the paste with the strainer.

Then Pour tomatoes paste in pot again, add sugar, salt, vinegar and mix well.

* Step 5

Let it cook until it become thick paste. When mixture start bubbling then paste become thick and sticky.

* Step 6

Let it cool and your tomato ketchup is ready. Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 months.
